Team Training: These events will be limited to:

• players selected during the Team Selection event,

• players chosen by the Team Manager, Team Captain or National Pathway Coach to support squad development and training

These events will be focussed on supporting the team by providing a challenging and competitive arena to train and develop. There will be a focus on:

• refining team pairings

• specific scenarios e.g. tie breaks, championship shootout etc

Where capacity and funding allow, the National Pathway Coach will support this event, either with direct coaching support - or in a purely advisory capacity. [TBC]

Team training will not be limited to one session. The Team Manager and Team Captain will develop a schedule of training events leading up to Team Selection. It will also be incumbent on individual team members to adequately prepare for each tournament event.
