Tournaments: The Welsh Padel Teams currently compete in the annual UK Padel 4 Nations tournament against the other home nations of Ireland, Scotlans and England.

4 Nations Tournament Structure

Within the 4 Nations each country competes in 4 age categories (Open, over 40, over 50 and over 60) for both Mens and Ladies teams - with each team competing against teams of the same age categories. This structure mirrors the LTA County Championship age categories.

The tournament takes place over one weekend with each team in each age category playing the other three nations.

4 Nations Welsh Team

Structure: The Welsh squad comprises of 8 teams; one for each of the age categories (Open , o40, o50, o60); mens and ladies

Eligibility: Players must meet the eligibility criteria to take part in the Welsh Squad.

Training and preparation: Training and tournament preparation for the Wales National squad is led by the National Coaches (Wales Padel Pathway Team), supported by the Team Manager.
